Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

The service from the Richard's Bay office is terrible.I am livid cause they keep putting me on hold and when it's not on hold they laugh while I'm still on the call they are not assisting me with a simple thing as making a booking.It is unprofessional of them because their work requires them to be professional since they are dealing with peoples lives here
