Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality.
Lancet is not able to run the covid test station at Dalview clinic .I was in the line for 1,5 hours and then got told the person testing is going to casualty.Now 2 hours later I have still not been attended to.When we phoned the clinic ,Anita answered and was out right rude,telling us the casualty comes 1st and when we said we are going to report this,she was even more rude and said she will transfer me to do so and just transfered me without even apologizing or goodbye.The oncologist insisted that we use Lancet,you are clearly not equipped to run a covid station .This 'service' (non existing)you have is at a cost! Perhaps you can learn from Ampath ,or Vermaak,even the airport testing stations .When I left now at 18h45 there were still at least 15 people to be tested and it was said that the station close at 19hoo!?? IF YOUR STAFF CONTINUED TO service THE PEOPLE IN LINE,AND DID NOT LEAVE FOR CASUALTY (OR TEA) who knows,the clients would e been attended to in time.It is ridiculous.

I have been harassed by Lancet for a number of months about non payment. However my medical aid and advised that they nor I have to pay as they have charged more than the agreed amount. This morning at 03.20 and again at 09.15 and 09.30 I received SMS's regarding non payment. Their accounts department must be in an absolute shambles as I am sure I am not the only person being harassed by their sheer incompetence. I have marked "Not Responsive" as there in no worse remark.
