Went to Builders Express Kenilworth on Monday . If you are elderly take a walking stick and chair . You won't get assistants . I was there and no one in the garden area where plant pots etc are sold . I wanted plant pots ...many ...could not reach high shelves . Then I wanted manure and potting mix and seed mix . They were put for display outside in car park NO PRICES and one staff says to me after telling him why no prices he says " it's in his head the prices " to which I replied " I cannot read your head ". No staff willing to assist . All busy in their own little world . Took ages for the staff to create my pension card .
