Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

I placed an urgent order with Builders warehouse in Table view but using the online portal.Once I had paid I re even the invoice and it said the delivery date was 2 weeks from order placement.I have people on site waiting for the goods.I live 2 kilometers away from the store.I would never had placed that order had I known the delivery date.I have tried contacting on all the various portals but no response. This is shocking service, show me one customer that would be happy with a 2 week delivery.I want my money returned and the order cancelled but no response from anyone. "Our friendly staff" doesn't exist

What is the point in a head office if you can't manage your stores?? Builders Express Ballito taken my money and has failed to deliver products. There has been no refund and I cannot get in contact with them.

My experience working for Builder's Express Sunward park management is utterly unethical and not professional Since October **** till today no word from any of them regarding my provident fund payout. I have been struggling for the past 4 months to make end meet and everytime I contact thier Admin Manager Nelisiwe she promise to call but never does.I m at the end of the road as I don't know how I will even take my kids to s.school.This has been difficult emotional time for me even lost weight .The rate of unemployment is high I cant get a job now.All I want is my provident fund payout dont wanna deal with them. Horrible employer in my experience.

Apalling! I shall never do buisness with Builders Express Carnival Mall again. Product paid for and two weeks after the expected delivery date I am still waiting and despite numerous messages to Builders Express I haven't heard anything from them.
