Negative: Not Responsive.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! The service is non-existing at any of Arthur Kaplan stors. Not even one contact number is working and no response on any emails for months I will not recommend this retailer for any thing. Really don't buy from them!

I am quite shocked. Arthur Kaplan does not respond to their e-mails. They don't reply on social media. Their head office telephone number just rings and rings and then disconnects. Meanwhile I have paid for my order, they've taken my money, but there is no sight of my order and it is impossible to contact them in any way! I am utterly shocked!
