We offer judo lessons to children and adults at recreational and high performance level. Our programmes are designed and supported by highly knowledgeable individuals like Dr Louis Nolte (PhD: Sport Management) and Coach Devon Cook. Our coaches are registered with South Africa's national judo federation, and range from national championship medal winners to international medal winners and Olympic Games participants. We also incorporate self defence skills and lessons, and offer courses from time-to-time. Our classes take place in the evenings Monday to Thursday as well as morning classes on Saturdays. We provide judo classes at various pre-schools and primary schools in Pretoria to prepare younger players to join our more advanced judo training aimed at competitive participation.
