Yoga for people who like personal attention. Small classes or one-on-one sessions offered. All ages are welcome. My oldest student is 80 years old, and only started when she was 78! The youngest is currently 16 years old. Close to Linden, Greenside, Emmarentia, Northcliff, Blairgowrie. During Covid times I can only take individuals, or two people from the same household. Masks must be worn at all times, and appropriate distance maintained.
