Hi Everyone! Please be vigilant. SAPS has confirmed that Willem / WJ Towing is a scam artists!!!.

This is a scammer full of long stories and excuses. Willem is beyond unprofessional. Doubt that he is an accredited service. Steer clear from this con artist.

I had no response to the previous emails I have posted about my refund of R4500.00.

Negative: Not Good Value.

Personally, I will never make use of their service. they are undependable at best, especially if they have your money. Due to me R4500.00 I will probably never see it again.

My dealing with this company began on the 17 Oct 20** when I instructed them to recover my vehicle (Inv: 1510/Towing from xxxx, Limpopo to xxxxxx Pretoria including storage for 3 weeks/Amount R4500.00). After a lot of phone calls and e-mails, my vehicle was not recovered. I instructed the company to not recover my vehicle and to refund my payment (1 Oct 20**). To date I have not received any funds back (18/10/20**). Caution: Please be do not make the same mistake. I will keep you updated as to the refund.

Excuses, excuses. I regret asking for assistance from this company, I'm heart broken cause I paid them in full, so now I am an idiot, awaiting for my refund for a week now. Hope other people won't make the same mistake I made. This is not good company honestly
