My license plate number has been cloned and I have received a fine for committing an offence that was committed by another vehicle using my number plates. IProblem is that i cannot get hold of anyone in the traffic department as I am based in Cape Town.

someone in this department is facilitating the issue of false vehicle registration certificates! Now my car in Cape Town is registered to someone in Witbank, but I still have the car. They probably need it to clone or make an illegal vehicle legal. This stinks and has made enormous trouble for me. Of course, no-one is answering the phone there!
