Negative: Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.
So Very disappointed in the service and feedback system of VOX. We are currently almost 3 weeks without internet. We phoned 3-4 times a day to get our internet back. Every technician we got a hold of say that "they are escalating the fault" or would give Vumatel the fault. We have phoned numerous times, costing us thousands of rands for minutes and needed to buy extra data for three weeks now. VOX doesn't get the issue sorted and we are now leaving VOX because of a lack in experience and knowledge and/or line of reporting issues. This is so unacceptable.
