Negative: Not Responsive.
I was at this shop on Saturday for an upgrade. I received a sim card and the tech trf lady inserted my sim into my old phone. Till this very minute, they have not Rica d this new Sim. I even went back in Saturday. The consultant whom helped me is just ignoring me and not responding to me. This is a shocking disgrace. Please attend to my request. My name is Cindy van Heerden. Absolutely shocking service from Vodacom - I ported my number from FNB to Vodacom on 10 November 20** it's now 17 November and I cannot receive any phone calls driving from store to store phoning their call center NO ONE KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON - I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone and I regret moving to them.
