Negative: Not Professional.

the lady with the yellow braids was totally unhelpful, i have a problem with my genesis mini max stick vacuum, i opened up the floor head brush so i could clean all the hair tangled and now i cant click it bag on, she was totally unable to help and did not have the least interest in doing so, she said they dont fix, well it is not broken i said i just opened it but now at my age all shaking i cannot put it back, she had this very upset face and did nothing at all to help and seemed very upset, what do i do now it is such a lovely and handu little vacuum, now i must just throw it away?? please advise the best way to resolve this my problem, thank you
