Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.
I applied for a new drivers licence card on 18 August. OVER THE LAST 5 DAYS, I have tried calling several telephone numbers I obtained from the Transport Infrastructure & Development webpage on http://www.sedibeng.gov.za/municipality_tie.html (016 450 3347; 016 450 3846; 016 450 3341; 016 450 3348) . These numbers either ring for a few minutes and then ring off; or the numbers continue ringing and REMAIN UNANSWERED; or the numbers are out of order. All I want to find out is if my new drivers license card is there for collection. The NATIS website says it was posted to the Vereeniging DLTC, but I don't want to drive 80km to Vereeniging only to find that the license card is not there.
