Poor customer service. Poor communication. Generally dissatisfing. Quick to invoice, takes a year to get a refund (still waiting) . Vasanthie is never available, does not answer emails or calls. All you get are the candidate attorneys who play the "don't shoot the messenger" role. Zero accountability from the owner of the business . I scheduled an appointment to collect a document with the office last week and waited 3-4 hours only to go home empty handed. I requested the document be hand delivered since I had honoured the appointment and I'm being told arrange for a courier company to collect. It's a joke. Unless the bank is forcing you to use this conveyencer, do find an alternative.
