I've just done my licence at the licencing department at vanderbijlpark today the staff are very friendly and helpful however I do have a concern with regards to the public toilet situated on the premises with is for public use. Members of the public are stopped from using the public toilet facilities by a tall unknown black female who is demanding that to use the toilet to urinate is R3.00 and if toilet roll is needed a few pieces will cost R5.00. If you do not pay then you cannot use the public toilet. Why must the public pay money to use a public facility, this is extortion/ corruption on a new level. Is there any way that this corruption can be investigated and rectified as many public members are relieving themselves in the car park under trees as they are not allowed access to the toilet if they do not pay.

Trying to call either no answer or the phones doesn't work. Lekker in south Africa ne. Government need to start getting people who wants to work.

Kindly please update your system for online bookings...., it's a struggle to get through when I have been trying multiple time to secure bookings. Please help me get through i need to book for my Learners license.
