Iv used them a few times and each time it's been pretty simple. They have always delivered and carryied the boards in. Sometimes it was a easy carry and other times it's been a flight or 2 of stairs. Today they arrived and refused to carry the board up 1 flight of stairs. When the manager of the Maitland branch spoke to me he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me that it was always policy. So I asked if this policy is stated anywhere on quotes or invoices and he very rudly said no becuase if they had to put all their policy's on the quote that it would take 10 pages. Long story short he raised his voice, was rude unhelpful and then didn't even say bye after I had to solve the problem for him. Let's keep in mind that u pay for delivery so it's not like it's even a free service. All I asked for was to be told so that I could organize help to carry the boards up. Seriously dissatisfied as I always used UBS.
