Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

POOR service, TERRIBLE communication and an ABSOLUTE liar! Tyrone was all smiles and helpful when we asked for a quotation and just more than willing to offer any information. After down payment he said he would install it after 13 days. more than A MONTH later we were still waiting for installation. Always another excuse every time WE called him. He did not even have the decency to inform us of what was going on. Would absolutely NOT recommend, he thoroughly oozes "con man" tendencies

Very poor service. Fitted my garage door and front door. My front door does not work after multiple repair attempts on a design that was clearly flawed from the beginning and now he is giving me the run around. He promises to come and sort it out but never pitches. Prices are very high. Tyrone sells the product but then you never see him again. Other guys install that are very unprofessional. They install the product but will scratch the alluminium when installing. I dont believe he knows his product. Do not make use of this guy, there are people that offer better service.
