Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.
We have been going to TnT Parktown for many years. On Sunday 30/7 we decided to go for lunch with my 1yr grandson. Being a 1yr child his only way to ask us to scream. The manager on duty rudely told us to leave the restaurant. Not even a proper conversation. This reminded me of the old apartheid days, same mentality. There should be consequences for his actions. This should bot happen in this day and age.

Went to Turn and Tender Parktown yesterday (9 July2023) and we tried to explain to the manager on duty about a bad experience we had about a month ago (with Justin)and instead of listening to us he started yelling at us loudly. Shouting that we had no right to write a review on the website. Maybe to impress his other patrons since we were the only non white patrons. He yelled and made such a scene that my husband shoved him away from us as we were leaving and he then proceeded to chase us out of the restaurant. That manager indicated he will not stand to here criticism of his staff and we should get out (screaming). Is this how loyal patrons are treated when you complain or voice unhappiness?? We travel from Pretoria to eat at this branch every month because the waiters and waitresses are amazing. I need to indicate that the staff are amazing but the Manager needs people skills in treating all races equally. I am appalled at his management style
