TPoSA is a registered Section 21 Organisation as well as a Non-Profit organisation since 2003. Being an independent Welfare Organisation, we are totally dependent on donations and sponsorships. Children admitted by TPoSA are abandoned babies, babies available for adoption (parentless babies) as well as HIV positive babies; toddlers who were abused, toddlers who are HIV positive or orphaned due to HIV Aids, as well as sick babies and toddlers (Hydrocephalus, Down syndrome, tracheotomy children and Spina-bifida children) .
