The Glen branch: the lady kicks out customers who are already inside the bank when it's 5pm claiming that she won't help cause the company does not pay her over time.

I am at Clearwater mall trying to change money at Travelex offices. The average service per customer is 30 minutes and while there are two counters one of them is currently unmanned although the sign say open. On enquiry from the lady on why it’s unmanned she simply changed the sign to closed without any explanation. As customers we need to be treated with respect and courtesy. If this is how you treat your customers then this is disgusting customer relationships
