Your ambulance responded to an emergency call in Chatsworth on 02.09.2024. My mum needed an ambulance. They were getting her stable, checking her vitals, at least that is what the emergency response said. I am in Jhb and I called the ambulance fir my mum in kzn. I called from Jhb to find out if the ambulance arrived. The rude person who took the phone feom my nephew to ask me if there was funds available on my mums medical aid. That is not important nor is a question you ask when an emergency call is made. I am utterly disgusted at Traumalink for this behaviour. I raised my voice cos I was upset at his request for me to answer and not do what he is trained and paid to do. Please looked the details of that call and NEVERsend traumalink to that address again.
