Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

Staff is very arrogant and not helpful...They are not customer orientated. Very slow and self- centered attitude. Uninformed, I went there couple of time trying to my account I ended up leave because of very inefficient service. I always go to sneaker factory. Very friendly at Sneaker Factory...
