I'm disappointed in the level of 'service' i received from your Cape Town office from a guy named Lanziano. He only wanted to communicate via email, which is so annoying! I wanted to have my water cooler fixed which i had bought in 2019/2020. It no longer provided cold water. he mentioned that it could be the thermostat which i asked if he could have changed. He said i first have to create an account as i bought it through someone else at the time. The process took another few days before saying he needed a R997.50 call-out payment before dispatching a technician. I paid and waited another few day before receiving another mail to enquire when he could send someone. Do your guys not have a telephone??!! Nevertheless, He attends to the machine only to tell me the compressor is not coming on and needs to take it in. A few days time im told the machine needs a compressor and regassing which we dont do. Why wasnt these scenario's made aware to me before wasting money on a call-out!!??
