Negative: Not Responsive.

I ordered 9kg 10 days ago online. To be delivered a few days after order. Subsequent to this we had not received a refill. Yesterday we called an they said they will deliver at 9am. It’s now 16:00 and first of all everytime I call they either transfer me to deliveries that don’t answer or they just hang up. 26min now an they say it’s late can they try again tomorrow. This is not professional please keep your money and rather spend the extra an swop it out at the petroleum station. There they atleast don’t mess you around!

Paid for 19kg gas on 1st June..still no delivery..told it was delivered..to WHOM? NO ANSWERS from orders or deliveries..have phoned. Any no of times..all I got was promises..we'll get back to you...really...when? Will ask for refund tomorrow and take my businesse elsewhere..WOW!
