Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality.

Firstly, I waited almost 40 min to be let into the front office, not because of covid 19, just slow service. When I speak to the lady about collecting my parcel, she tells me that it was only collected this morning 6/1221. I showed her the collection waybill which was dated 3/12/21 and she said 'it was collected today, it couldn't have been ready. On contacting my supplier, she informed me as to the date on the waybill and after checking told it was only collected today. She also informed me that they as a company have endless problems with 'The Courier Guy' and are defintely looking at using other courier companies. I cannot divulge their information due to the 'Poppy' act. I too are going to look at other courier companies.
