Service provision is being tailored to meet the demands of the labour market and in particular to access Learnerships and NQF accredited skills training. Strategic partnerships to access further education and training opportunities are being established with other TVET Providers, HE institutions, organized labour, the community, relevant government departments and non-governmental organizations, business and industry, SMME's and SETAs.
