I bought a Dynamic Orthopaedic Superior Gel Memory Foam bed set from The Bed Shop in Woodmead a month ago. The memory foam clearly suffered from Amnesia as after a few days the foam did not bounce back at all and was sagging and made a big whole in the middle. I had to give photographic evidence of this, which I did. This is the poorest quality mattress, memory foam or not that I have ever encountered. Marlene, the store manager, blamed this on a factory fault. Marlene, said she would refund me but company policy dictates that I must wait 2 weeks before this can happen. 2 weeks have gone past and I was supposed to get my refund yesterday, as you only do refunds on Thursday. No refund! The Orthopaedic mattress was supposed to enhance my sleep experience and help with my constant backache but has made my life a misery. Clearly The Bed Shop sells cheap products with overpriced price tags. Then tell you lies to keep you pacified and do not deliver on their promise.

Bought a bed 2 years ago the bed is in bad condition, do not get help for tje head office in chamdor , do not repond to emails , do not phone back when leaving a messages , wil not recommend the bed sjop to any body, very an happy , i got a back problem, wake up every morni g with back ache, and the bed got a 10 year warrenty

Good I have problem with your bed, I report it rustenburg bed shop manager I also send pictures xplain everything, dn he said he can't help me. Reason! He said my mattress is dirty.. Please I need your help or I'm going to further steps.. 0726*****0

Good morning, I am sending this message as a disheartened customer. I was sold two pillows at your Springfield branch by Selwyn. He promised us that they were memory foam and a bamboo product that would offer comfort and last a lifetime. Not even two months later and they are flat and deflated. A wasted R800. I am utterly disappointed in the quality of your product especially for the price that was paid and comfort that was promised. I then went to check on your website and according to the description on my packet, I was sold a pillow that cost R175! Blatant robbery. I am going to take this further as this is utterly disgusting.
