Established on 18 February 1956, Child Welfare SA Helderberg is one of the longest running charities within the Helderberg basin. Child Welfare South Africa Helderberg is an independently registered Non-Profit Organisation and PBO, and is affiliated to the National Child Welfare movement. Our Mission is to promote, protect and enhance the safety, well-being and healthy development of children in the Helderberg community.
