Excruciatingly poor service. Staff either aren’t properly trained or are too lazy to help customers. I had my ID and Proof if residence and the actual faulty sim card with me yet they cannot do a sim swap without my fingerprints also which they cannot take because some other “system” is down. They refused to contact their manager to assist. And apparently they don’t have a contact number for the head office. Rather go to mtn store 10m away
