Negative: Not Good Value.

January 2024, I opened a router contract with them, within 24hours the router did not work. I returned everything within 4days because they gave me a faulty device and they promised that nothing will be deducted, and the contract will be cancelled. March 2024, they deducted for two months i reversed and contacted Telkom call center and was informed that there's nothing shows that the router was returned, or contract was cancelled.
