Negative: Not Professional.

Very bad service. I paid to resize my watch the lady removed one link I said it's too big I don't know what she did the watch came back too tight she claimed she removed one more link which I suspected was not making sense cause when i folded the other link it was looking ok. I then asked her to put it back she was so upset like the service was for free. She put it back and i was not happy with the way the waych was fitting.I went to another store they removed the link and the watch was fitting the way I wanted it to fit me. I just realized she removed extra links for what reason she couldn't do what I paid for I don't know. I will never go back there.very rude lady
