Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

We made an appointment to renew our drivers licenses. The appointment said you have to be there an hour before your appointment. On arrival they tell us they don't accept the appointment and you have to go stand in the que like all the other people. This is ridiculous, why do you have to make an appointment then. THIS SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING.

Negative: Not Professional.

My daughter was at the traffic department this morning to pick up her license. They were not very helpful. She was first in the line of the collection row to collect her driver's license, where they decided they would first help the people behind and then her last. And when she got there they just said it was not there and did not want to help her on when she can come back and try again. It is unacceptable how they treat us. We are all South Africans and need to be treated the same.
