Negative: Not Professional.

Very terrible service that I've just received about 30minutes ago. Gugu (working behind the counter) absent minded, very playful- running around with cold drink on her hand, leaving me at the counter suddenly coming back to asking if " are we done"? I couldn't help it, left the shop disappointed! Can we get people who want to their jobs right the first time and commit to work please.
