Takalani Land Surveyors Inc. is a black owned registered Land, Air, Engineering Surveying and GIS Consulting Company, run by Professional Land Surveyors (Professional Geomatics Practitioners) registered with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC), the professional body regulating the Geomatics profession.

Services Offered: Cadastral surveys, Engineering surveys, Sectional title and topographical surveys, National government Housing subsidy scheme policy-consulting work.

The firm was established in March 1963 and since then has offered a wide range of services to clients in both the public and private sectors. Currently between 30% and 50% of its skills are transferred to previously disadvantaged individuals. It can count amongst its customers, past and present, various government departments including those of Land Affairs and Public Works, the former Transvel and Natal Provincial Administrations, departments of the Governments of the Limpopo Province and Mpumalanga as well as the Government of Botswana. The firm has also undertaken numerous surveys for the Municipalities of Polokwane, Phalaborwa, Duiwelskloof, Modimolle / Phagameng, Mookgophong, Lephalale / Marapong, Marble Hall, Groblersdal and Richards Bay as well as the Board of Lepelle Northern Water and a large number of private developers and other clients.
