El-macsheh is a registered welfare orginisation that looks after 110 people, providing a plate of food to those who need it. We have 34 children, ranging from new born to 16 years old.

After more than 30 years of running a children's home, we have evolved our model to better support children and the communities we serve. Our evidence-based model of supporting the child is based on empowering vulnerable families in our community; offering them opportunities for growth and development to reinforce family stability.
