Negative: Not Professional.

I was there for my vehicle disk renewals and the MLV2 weren't on the information desk and I had to stand on the que for long time until I decided to request the form from the lady at counter 3 and she requested the lady on counter 1 & 2 for the forms thus when she gave her the form to be put of the weighing scales in front of the counters. I took the forms and filled them and requested to sees the responsible Manager and raised the matter with her whom she said that the forms aren't kept on the information desk anymore as there are some boys who take them and sell them to public for R5 each. I have suggested that they should write a note to the public that the forms must be collected at the Counter 1 & 2. They do not care about the time that one spends in the post office
