i was travelling on N1/ N12 to work before off ramping to M1 there was road rage which was started by Bara city Taxi driver with registration number is JX 90 H GP and he even pointed a firearm to the tazz driver that was uncalled for how about our safety as passenger can SANTACO intervene....

I just got of a STS taxi from Bara rank to kliptown the registration number is MVM 881 GP the driver was not helpful when we told him that the back seat cannot fit 4 person and his response was "Ngenzeni mina" throughout our journey he had a bad service not also helping an elderly lady who had a lot of luggage that where by the door he just sat there I'm look outside we as passengers had to help out and on the way he was also complaining and making bad comments nje. The taxi is not road worthy to carry people as if we had an accident no survival was gonna be there and also two passengers got their clothes torn by the door of the car. Can someone please see to this and can they not use force in put four people at the back if they cannot fit and can I be contacted on the solution that will be brought going forward 07835***** #Consend customer.

On the 20 April **** I was from mediclinic vereeniging and went to the taxi rank, we were awaiting a taxi to Johannesburg but it took long and we asked were we could find a taxi to evaton mall were we can get taxis to bara taxi rank. We were taken to the evaton taxi and boarded a taxi of registration number JX44SHGP, as I don't normally use and not used to the route, we were the last one's in the rank and the driver asked me where we were getting off, I told him to evaton mall. He started hailing insults, he left us there not knowing what to do; he was very rude and he just left us there saying he is going back and he doesn't have time to waste. I regretted the moment I left the Johannesburg queue and went to the evaton taxi as I felt so little after such insults in front of my son.
