Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

This was and still is the worse experience of buying a property ever and we have purchased previously. Nancy and her team do not response to emails or return calls timeously. After numerous emails then will you get a reply. There was no sense of urgency or compassionate for their clients. They do not have a proper business line, you will have to call them via Whatsapp to get hold of them. They do not follow normal protocols like other conveyancers, I had to make contact directly with other attorneys to get things done. Tammy had no consideration for how we felt and made no attempt to console me and move things along, instead she raised her voice, gave me attitude and was snarky. All payments to other companies were delayed by several days, we have still not received payment as yet and it is well over 3 weeks later from the house being registered. We did not choose them as the transferring attorneys, our real estate agent did. So please be on the look out before you agree to them.
