Sim Wha Taekwon-Do Club was founded by 6th Degree (Sabum) Justin Glanville in 1997. Sim Wha TKD Club is affiliated to Unified TKD (SA and International), specializing in the style of "Chang Hun" Taekwon-Do. Taekwon-Do is the official Korean Art of Self-Defence and the name Taekwon-Do directly translated means: Tae (Foot Fighting) Kwon (Hand / Fist Fighting) Do (Art or Way of) - therefore 'The Art of Hand and Foot Fighting'. Taekwon-Do covers all aspects of training from Self-Defence to Sport / Competition, Fitness, flexibility and general well being.
