Established in 1995, the Eagles Karate club offers Shotokan Karate for children from 5 years old and MMA classes for teens from 12 years old and adults. Situated in Hennopspark close to laerskool Hennopspark and Hoërskool Zwartkop.

Palm Court Karate Centre, based in Constantia Kloof, teaches Karate to children (from the age of 4yrs to scholars) & adults. Our instructors are internationally recognized as are our students' grades. Locally we are affiliated to: O. G. K. K Gauteng; (Karate South Africa) and African Goju-Ryu Karate Federation.
