As a consumer, I decided to use Sherlock based on the good reviews , however based on my experience it is very necessary to share my experience: I am absolutely disgusted by the service which I received. I paid for data recovery and was told that my data was successfully recovered. I tried numerous times to arrange for the collection of the data recovery, only to be told that the data has to be re-recovered. I continuously had to follow up and my calls remained unanswered. I had to use various other numbers in order for Rudolph to actually answer the call. When i requested for a refund, I was told that the company has financial problems and that I will have to await payment. This took place from October 20** up until today. Needless to say, I will be pursing legal action. #Disgusted Customer
