Positive: Professional.
I use Sasol garage carletonville everyday and I've never had a problem with the service, however TODAY I experienced the worst service ever from a petrol attendant called Mamogapi. I am utterly shocked at the lack of acknowledgement for doing a mistake and she refused to admit her error. When I reported her to the manager, Caroline, she continued arguing and insisting that she was right even though the whole staff saw what she did was wrong. I truly believe that she will be disciplined according. It was merely a problem of first come first serve which Mamogapi refused to do,even deriving other petrol attendants to help us.23 April 2023
