Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Value.

My experience today on the 10/5/23 has been terrible, I have never experienced such terrible, dishonest service in sasol garage never. So today at around 6 I went to fill up my car at sasol Andrew and I get to be assisted by this guy he is an old guy but he asked me about water and oil and I said please do check for me and also the tire pressure, so after all that I had to change to go to the spot and move to get the tires sorted and pay, everything is still fine ,then I pay and I hand over my 2 cards the rewards card and my credit card, but when this performs the transaction he doesn't swipe my rewards card ,he only does my credit card and when I ask if he saw my rewards card he says yes he did buy he is going to swipe it at the other machine and that was a shocker on its own but I said okay let's see and he went after some few minutes he comes back with a slip of loyalty swipe of R40 and with a story that they made a mistake when he left there counter there to come to.my car they alr
