Negative: Not Professional.

I am extremely disappointed with the lady Maria at Waterkloof, I usually deal with Tiaan and in the last year, I have spent all of our renovations and building requirements with Sabrix Waterkloof. He is not there today, and Maria charged me R 1,20 more a brick and R 150 more for plaster sand. When I send her the previous quotations Tiaan send me, she goes on to tell me I should ,listen to her, that is the price. How do you jump with such a big increase. She is rude and refused to listen, even when I sent her the proof. Because of her I will take my business elsewhere. I know +/-R100k over a period of 6months is nothing to you, to me it is a lot.
