DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER. They came to seal off the cracks in our pool, and didn't complete the job, they were paid in FULL. When we tried to follow up, it was excuse after excuse. Now messages and phone calls aren't being answered. WHAT A FRAUD!

Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive.

Made use of their R7999 special and ectra light and mosaic borders. They came on the 16th August 20** and requested payment in full when finished with the paint. They were then supposed to come back after 3 days to sand off sharp points created by the paint and property affix the mosaic, and to also issue the warranty certificate. It is now the 2nd September and plenty chats and empty promises late and my pool is still empty and unfinished. When posting reviews on their FB page about bad service etc you get blocked and threatened with lawyers and law suits. Then contacting them on email they are also unresponsive and only attemt to make more empty promises. I would really not recommend them. DO NOT USE THEM! The price is after all not so nice!!!
