Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

After promising it would be ready in 5 days, I’m still waiting 2 weeks later for my couch! Delivery fee increased three times, owner does not answer messages, and they few times he answers calls it’s to tell me “I panic too much” and to “stop calling”.
