Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

Car booked in for repairs told me 10 working days. Now 23 days later still not ready. Going to be another 3 days. Every time I get feedback it's in line waiting for painting today in line waiting for painting. Speak to workshop manager Kevin, eventually he says that there was a hold up in the panel beating. He does not know how the lady told me all the ""in line reports. So the 10 working day, (two weeks) is now maybe going to be 1 month. Totally unacceptable.
