Do not ever take your vehicle to DTM Renault in Somerset West. There you get told by the Service Advisor Frasien that she does not like you and she will not speak to you when you collect your vehicle after service. Invoices weren't even explained,no explanation of the concern i noted. No effort to update my details on their system. When phoning the Dealer Principle Wayne Wilson,I tried to explain my disappointment and he told me "They already told me about you and you have a personal vendetta against my people,whereas i do not even know this lady,what i did say is because they do not do their job properly.From trying to make a service booking 4 days in a row to the actual service there was absolutely Zero Customer service because Fransien does not want to speak to me. So Mr Wayne Wilson told me he will not give attention to my complaint and i must do him a favor and find myself another dealer to service,so basically i was chased away from my prefered dealer."
