The Early Education center's vision is for young children to learn through play. It is their belief society should invest in early education. It is their mission to improve the quality of early education for children 0-9 years. They aim to operate a resource center and toy library for primary caregivers and practitioners to exchange resources, train, mentor, and support and increase awareness for parents and children's rights concerning development, survival, protection, and early childhood programs. The Early Education Centre provides support to improve the quality of early childhood programs. Furthermore, they help with registration and the Children's Act and build partnerships with the community.

Statutory social work, care and protection services for children and families.

TPoSA is a registered Section 21 Organisation as well as a Non-Profit organisation since 2003. Being an independent Welfare Organisation, we are totally dependent on donations and sponsorships. Children admitted by TPoSA are abandoned babies, babies available for adoption (parentless babies) as well as HIV positive babies; toddlers who were abused, toddlers who are HIV positive or orphaned due to HIV Aids, as well as sick babies and toddlers (Hydrocephalus, Down syndrome, tracheotomy children and Spina-bifida children) .
