Negative: Not Professional.

I gave a willo pump in for them to check if there's some thing wrong with the pump. They told me the PC board faulty, and they cut the wires on the controller. They want to charge me 850 for a new controller. There's nothing wrong with the pump. If got a leaking pipe in yard. How did they find a fault
